I sent in my admissions essay to the Art Institute of Portland and felt compelled to actually work on something, rather than log into Diablo III like I have every day for the past two weeks. I haven't decided where I'm going with this piece just yet, but I'm excited about it.

I'll probably post a revised / more personal version of my admissions essay sometime tonight. Too motivated right now. <3

I'm trying my hardest to feel pretty again. It's not working.

So.. as my life hits a bumpy road.. I'm going to take the time to sit down and make a little cubby hole for myself.
A place where I can post my pictures, artwork, thoughts, and inspiriations.
It's funny how I got the idea to do this in the most unlikely of places.

But for once, I'm happy. Despite everything that is going wrong, I don't see just the darkness. I'm going to embrace that.
